By accessing ph188.club, creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the ph188 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of ph188 and close your account. ph188 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by ph188 including, without limitation, the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, slots, bingo, roulette, fishing games, and all promotional programmes.

To register and maintain an account with ph188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph188 strictly enforces the minimum age required under PAGCOR regulations for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of accessing ph188.

• You must not have previously been excluded from ph188 or any affiliated platform through self-exclusion or operator exclusion.
• You must be the lawful holder of the Philippine government-issued identification document you submit during KYC verification.

ph188 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility criteria may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Each individual may register only one ph188 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or false accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ph188 is required by its operating framework to conduct KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation requirements include:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport);
• Proof of address not older than three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate in the Philippines);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) linked to the account (GCash registered name, Maya account name, or bank account statement).

ph188 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing due diligence purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested may result in account restriction or closure.

ph188 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The minimum deposit at ph188 is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit is set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. ph188 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your ph188 account. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the ph188 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.

ph188 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawals from ph188 are available to fully KYC-verified account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method registered to and verified against the ph188 account holder's identity.

ph188 targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) hour for verified accounts for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

ph188 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request where:

• The KYC verification process has not been completed;
• There is an active investigation into account activity;
• The withdrawal would reduce the account balance below the level required to satisfy active bonus wagering requirements;
• ph188 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

ph188 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving payment provider are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

ph188 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all ph188 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited;

All games available on ph188 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

ph188 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. The declared Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game providers and are independently audited.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ph188 reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings resulting from a demonstrated software error or malfunction are void and will not be paid. ph188 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of such events.

Bets placed after a game event has commenced or concluded (late bets) are void. ph188's records shall constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions in the event of any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph188 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Creating or operating more than one ph188 account;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of crime;
• Using ph188 for money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to play games or exploit promotions;
• Colluding with other players or ph188 employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the ph188 platform or its software;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

ph188 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

ph188 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your ph188 account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ph188. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ph188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice where ph188 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms;
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• The account holder is ineligible to hold a ph188 account;
• The continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ph188.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ph188 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Where closure occurs for other reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph188 support. Prior to closing a voluntarily requested account, ph188 will process any legitimate pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph188's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of ph188 — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not ph188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph188 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph188 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond its reasonable control.

ph188's collection, use, and handling of your personal data is governed by the ph188 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using ph188, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph188 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

ph188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph188 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of ph188 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your remedy is to cease using ph188 and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph188 support and allow ph188 a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to resolve the dispute. ph188's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject to your legal rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
